		<description>I absolutely agree we shouldn&#039;t be funding these pension shortfalls, but --hey-- we just bailed out an entire sector in Ontario, so it&#039;s not like we don&#039;t have precedent.

		<description>I only know as much as that article stated, but aren&#039;t they being paid of of a kind of insurance fund that is designed to top up failed pension plans? Also, in the article it mentions $130M that has been given to other companies in similar circumstances so I&#039;m not sure where fedup is coming from at all.</description>

		<description>northern ontario towns have been hit with mill closures all along the north shore of lake superior. 
the government made no attempt to keep the mines open and now the companies have gone bankrupt and people get no pension or so little pension they can&#039;t live. 
Where is the government for the people who actually do physical labour so they can have a retirement they  can enjoy. 
Wonder what would happen if teachers had their pension slashed would we have to fork out for them to 100%. 
We might have more money and less taxes if McGinty would spend as if it was his own money. I bet his wife has a budget at home.</description>
