I’m Sorry; I Forgot.

December 8, 2009 · By

Sunday was the 20th anniversary of the massacre at L’Ecole Polytechnique.

It was on December 6, 1989, that fourteen women were murdered for no other reason than being women.  Ten more women and four men were injured.

Considering all that is going on in our lives and our world – the holiday season, the Afghan detainee scandal, Copenhagen, the economy – it is easy to forget.  Thankfully, Scott H. Payne remembered.  So did Angus Johnston.  And CaitieCat.

Sadly, I forgot.  And for that I am sorry.

May they rest in peace. I have to correct you on the reason that Gamil Gharbi (AKA M Lepine) killed these young women.

He killed them because they were getting an education. It’s happening today in several places on the planet. Women are not to be educated and will be killed if they go to school.

I remembered but was overrun with other life stuff that posting just fell to the wayside. Indeed we remember the slain women today, and all those who may have survived but are scarred for life (physically and mentally).

I mostly remember the feminised men who did not stand up for their female friends. The feminists blame misogyny for violence against women, yet do their best to ensure they castrate the very men who could have stood up for them.

Congratulations, femmy’s.You got what you wanted, plus a cause celeb to milk in perpetuity.

    Kursk,

No one got what they wanted. That’s an abhorrent thing to write.

    Very poor taste indeed.
    They were just young students.

As my kids would say, OMG! Anthony Cary is refered to as a climate expert and no one raises an eyebrow. Anthony Cary is the ambassdor for Great Britain to Canada. Britian has a policy it is pushing that is at odds with others. According to the web, Cary is well known for many things such as being a fan of opera, giving gossip-collecting parties and attending galas. He is not a climate expert. Please correct the record
