		<description>Hoarfrost - don&#039;t you mean the defendant, the Rev Stephen Boisson?  He&#039;s the one out of pocket.  The originator of the complaint (who would be the plaintiff in a civil suit) incurred no expenses.</description>

		<description>Sadly, I think we all know that they weren&#039;t.  It might make for an interesting case if someone were to bring it forward in a real court though, and argue (similar to the laws that dictate settlements for frivolous lawsuits) that the professor in this case has caused undue hardship on the defendant.</description>
