We hates it when democraticly elected leaders talk about their ideas and reasons for policy. I prefer the Harper delay, deny and disparage method where the only motivation is Harper's personal political interetsts. Besides, watching the speech would give you facts that get in the way of conservative truthiness. Ya right on.
