		<description>Ya right on.  We hates it when democraticly elected leaders talk about their ideas and reasons for policy. I prefer the Harper  delay, deny and disparage method where the only motivation is Harper&#039;s personal political interetsts. 

Besides, watching the speech would give you facts that get in the way of conservative truthiness.</description>
