I promise you we will owe both the state and the federal Gov so much money, that we will just subtract what ever they owe us and we will keep control of everything!! they can keep their I.O.U. They will owe us nothing, we qwill owe them and we will control when and how much we pay them. We will only pay them what we owe, NOT WHAT THEY WANT TO BORROW!! THEY HAVE NO CREDIT WITH US & WE CONSIDER THEM A BAD RISK!! THEIR REQUEST FOR A LOAN IS DENIED!! However, a propos of this <a href="http://www.thepolitic.com/archives/2009/09/19/we-should-raise-the-gst/">post</a>, perhaps municipal sales taxes would be preferable to property taxes.
