Roman Polanski, child rapist

September 30, 2009 · By Charles Anthony

Harvey Weinstein should write an open letter to all child rapists of the world too instead of just to the film-makers:

Weinstein, meanwhile, issued an open letter urging “every U.S. filmmaker to lobby against any move to bring Polanski back to the U.S.,” arguing that “whatever you think of the so-called crime, Polanski has served his time.”

I’m willing to entertain questions of procedural justice regarding Polanski’s extradition, however, Weinstein’s comment of “so-called crime” or Whoopi Goldberg’s “it wasn’t rape-rape” are absolutely disgusting.

These people should be ashamed of themselves.

Agreed, there seems to be a separate set of rules for a man who is both famous and has faced tragedy.
At least Joy condemned the guy.

Who knew fame and justice could lift Justice’s blindfold?

Fame lifts Justice’s blindfold every time I waste money watching their stupid movies!

Got something to say? (Read the rules first)
