Dippers would raise it. Really taking care of the most vulnerable, eh. Raise the GST and make everyone pay for the 14% of families that use public daycare. Or will Dippers tax the hell out of BC, Alberta and Sask oil and gas.....do Dippers have a grip on how much oil and gas revenues BC depends on? Thanks to Stelmach and the royalty increase, a huge amount of drilling went West into Northern BC.
