Trouble in Paradise?

Michael Ignatieff has been sailing through some stormy seas, with the recent resignation of his Quebec lieutenant and subsequent party grumbling.
I don’t think anyone believes the Outremont situations was well handled, and I don’t think anyone believes that Ignatieff is happy with the end result.
Iggy’s Toronto clique is starting to irritate the Quebecois, and if you’ve been watching the polls, you know that isn’t good for anyone.

and if you’ve been watching the polls, you know that isn’t good for anyone.
Except Conservatives that is.
I think the Quebecers are starting to resent the hogtown takeover of their political party and expecting future favours to bypass them and instead go to T.O.
i think iggy is finally past the getting-the-old-feet-wet stage and is no neck deep in liberal dung, you know, the kind of stuff that has been rotting at the core of lib heartland for years. all the infighting has been going on for decades but most prominently with martin vs chretien along with the political neophytes that backed their respective horses. coderre is a shining example of the unrest that has befallen the party since chretien left. say what you will about the “little crook from shawinigan”, he at least knew how to run a party. iggy is over his head.
Coderre is a bit of a special case though. He was overruled and thus threw a hissy fit.
I would not be shocked to see Denis appear with another party in the near future.
