Moderate Liberals Getting Cold Feet

December 3, 2008 · By

Rumours abound lately of Ingatieff beginning to get cold feet on a coalition with the NDP, which isn’t surprising given his own centrist position on most fiscal and social issues.

In other news, both Manley and McKenna have said that despite reporting to the contrary, they are not actually serving the PDPFD in any advisorial capacity. Not only that, but in an interview with the Globe, McKenna failed to hide his displeasure with the whole thing.

I would suspect that Ignatieff or any other Liberal (Justin Trudeau, perhaps?) for that matter can take advantage of this ridiculous disarray and publicly reject the coalition, thereby regaining the adoration of the Liberal public.

Complete fabrication on the part of Trudeau. I just hear the guy on the radio this morning vehemently supporting the coalition.
