Gomery complains over delay in Mulroney-Schreiber inquiry

May 29, 2008 · By Charles Anthony

Gomery is making a big mistake if he thinks Canadians want to pay high-priced professionals to hear some more he-said she-said. If Gomery wants an inquiry, he is free to go make an honest living as an investigative journalist on his own.

It was a different story, said Judge Gomery, when former Liberal prime minister Paul Martin gave him a broad mandate to delve into the sponsorship affair that erupted under predecessor Jean Chrétien.

If I was paid by the hour, I would ask for the broadest mandate possible too!

It looks like Gomery wants to spend a lot of tax dollars to avoid a whitewash job like the one HE delivered

Broad mandate? Is the man delusional? We didn’t get anywhere close to hearing the entire story regarding Paul Martin and Earnscliffe. The parameters set by Martin made sure that he came out of this smelling somewhat like a rose.

Gomery is showing his RED colors more and more each time the Liberals call on him. Guess he is still hoping for his Senate Seat? He did a crappy job of the sponsership scandle….where’s the $40,ooo,ooo. When I saw his bias in parliament that was enough for me. Please….your retired….stay there! Another cockroach crawling out of the woodwork for attention.

Since the Liebranos are bringing up CadMan gate, NaftaGate and SchriberGate not to mention CleavageGate Maybe we should keep reminding everyone about AdScamGate bigger by far not yet resolved $40mm down the drain in brown paper bags… So sickening…

Ditto, ditto, ditto and ditto. Just another Liberal milking it for all it’s worth for himself. Don’t be too hard on them: it is all they know. Pathetic.

Got something to say?
