Well you are quite wrong about his friends thinking he was guilty. No evidence faded- why make that up?. And hypnosis evidence was the only evidence deemed inadmissable. And that was by the Supreme Court of Canada. Because its not even close to being reliable let alone factual. The only so-called evidence they had was the 2 quacks Marianne Perz and David Dibben. Both of them gave statements that had nothing to do with Baltovich. It wasnt until the cops started to manipulate them and hypnotised them that they they suddenly drastically changed their stories.Dibbens family was prepared to come to court and give evidence that he was coerced into lying by the police and the crimestoppers reward. They were manipulated into lying under oath and I strongly believe they werent going to lie this time but were lucky the higher court said no thank you. I say we keep an eye on you. Before expressing an opinion you might want to educate yourself on the case. Thanks my friend

Back when Bain was murdered, investigators and those who knew Baltovich personally had no doubt he did it. Years pass, and evidence fades or is deemed inadmissable. I say keep an eye on Baltovich.

It seems NOTHING was learned from the Guy Paul Morin commission. Nothing. It is a waste of time, energy and paper to even produce these things, as all it does is expose the idiocy for a few news cycles, then it get shelved, and innocent people are railroaded.

And innocent families are left to wonder if their loved one’s killer is still on the street…

Seems like this is just another typical Canadian criminal case. Just look at the botched investigation into the Bernado murders and the deal struck with Karla Homolka because they didnt find those tapes.Even now thanks to a judge she is free and clear.

I think there is a lot more to this case than meets the eye. Many years ago, when this actually happened, an acquaintance of mine was one of the officers who executed the search warrant. So I know a few things about some items found in the house which were excluded from court as predjudicial.

I can say, that even these years later, I agree with Bain’s mom. I suspect the prosecutor really wanted to take this back to trial, but was hung out to dry by his/her bosses.
