Well, if they win, they'll screw us good...

Just remember it only takes about 42% of the voters that turnout to elect a majority in our system. The really scary part is half the population have an IQ <=100. Dion could promise a Ferrari in every garage and half the country would believe him.

"<i>Ugh. This election is going to be like a raccoon trying to cross the 401 during rush hour. A coon with a big red “L” stenciled on his back.</i>"

Oh what delicious imagery...

They may just end up offering anyone who votes for them million dollar life insurance policies.

Actually, maybe they can just threaten anyone who doesn't vote for Canada's natural ruling party with a lawsuit?

There's some good ideas floating out there, no doubt.

Dion was critical of the Conservative government, saying the Liberals would do a better job on such things as debt reduction...

Correct me if I am wrong but weren't more than a few Liberals just recently saying that the rapid payment of billions on the debt was the wrong thing to do?

This is just the beginning. I think the Liberals are saving their best trick for last: they have a magic wand that can cure cancer and AIDS while bringing peace, love and happiness to the entire world.
