		<description>As much as you might hate Dalton, he's running the most fiscally conservative government in Canada.

If you look at provincial spending (on a per capita basis), Ontario will spend roughly $7,300 per Ontarian (lowest in Canada), while the national average is $8,700/citizen.  Look at our supposedly most conservative province - Alberta is going to have the dubious distinction this year of being the first province to ever spend over $10,000/citizen.

Also, the year-end provincial employment stats showed that Ontario employs 38 provincial employees per 1,000 citizens (lowest in Canada), while the national average 53.  And somebody should give Brad Wall a swift kick in the ass and get him to start firing some provincial employees while the economy is good.  Saskatchewan has 89 provincial employees per 1,000 citizens, which is an absolute disgrace.
