only if they are white.  No mention of their colour if they are anything but!

		<description>I cracked open the Vancouver Sun's coverage of the byelections.  They listed the results of all three Liberal victories with the Liberal at the top.  But the one Conservative Victory they listed in alphabetical order of candidates, so that the Conservative came second, and the Liberal was at the top.

I thought it was coincidence... until I checked the other three lists.  Nope.  The only one in alphabetical order was the Conservatives.

Subtle, but clear liberal bias.  Man, do I hate the papers in this town.</description>
