So Harper’s lawyers are alleging libel - and? Even if Harper can prove the statements are categorically false (and I would love to see that trial) - isn’t the mere fact that Dion could reasonably be expected to have this opinion a fair defense?
Any lawyers out there? The liberal.ca domain is registered in Ottawa, so Ontario law should apply.
