The post was intended as satire, and that intention is rather clear. Beyond that its generally covered under the auspices of the "fair comment" defense. If you put yourself out in public regarding public issues, criticism and mockery is to be expected. Kinsella has a habit of writing letters and threatening law suits that are entirely devoid of merit simply to bully his opponents into withdrawing criticism. I am pro-choice, but surely both voices have an equal place in the debate - most certainly on a University campus. CFS's suggestion that Students' Unions providing club support to pro-life student groups is like supporting white-supremacists shows just how intellectually bankrupt their student leadership is (still).
