It’s snowing, call in the army!:

I think I read somewhere that sixty per cent of the people who lived through that storm were traumatized to some degree by it. Some say the sight of freezing rain still makes them anxious.

    A couple of points:

    1. The link you provided is to the ‘98 Ice Storm, not some minor snow storm. This was a major event.

    2. Central Canadian’s do not call the Army when it is snowing, Torontonians do. Ever live in the snow belt? I thought not.
