Trudeau put so many liberals in so many places that he created a 300 billion dollar debt doing it.
They in turn made sure only liberals replaced liberals in positions of power through-out our buracracy.
Liberals are imbedded so much in Canada that they resemble the commie organizations of the USSR whom Trudeau thought were the future.
It's also the reason the Libs have a 30% core, they are our employees loyal to the gravey train Liberals and nearly impossible to thin out because of the Liberal media who would scream bloody murder and of course offer up the fantasy spectre of it effecting HEALTHCARE and EDUCATION, to scare both the old and frail and the young and stupid.

The Liberal Party is never out of power regarding the unelected Liberal-dominated Senate too. And don't forget the number of judges who have been appointed by Liberal governments throughout the years.

And liberal-minded teachers who mold young minds with the perils of global warming and such.

Then there's the Liberal propaganda machine, the CBC which was apparently started long ago by a non-Liberal government, but given huge increases of public funding during the Trudeau era.

Having a Conservative minority government in power for the moment is only a refreshing breather in an ongoing storm of Liberal dominance.

The fact that it was Ontario’s Progressive Conservative government of Leslie Frost that established the first Human Rights Commission in Canada would seem to diminish your argument somewhat.
