A 120 pound woman cannot subdue most men and many of the minority police are too small to be effective, thus new weapons are being used with consequences. They say they couldn't subdue the 68 year old in any other way. If that is true, then the officer involved should be fired for gross incompetence or they should quit hiring quadriplegic lesbians of colour under the employment equity programs. A 68 year old stroke victim is too much for a highly trained peace officer? How low is the bar? 92 year old grandmothers in wheelchairs? Could they handle granny? Would Stephen Hawking be more than a match for our taser wielding bullys? Their excuse is typically pathetic these days,'We're too stupid or incompetent to do our jobs so it's not our fault'.
