A Picture of Public Sector Unionist Self-Indulgence

Bureaucrat Shannon Steele justifies her over-paid desk job:

“Of course I get more benefits and stuff, but I think I deserve them. I do a lot of work, and it’s stressful.”

Alot more work than, say, a tradesperson? Any tradesperson? I know that summarizing the news for politicians is hard work, but really. Does poor, down-trodden Ms. Steele have any idea how ridiculous she sounds?

I notice that the number of readers you have been getting to the site has decreased dramatically over the past few months. Is it because people like Aaron keep repeating what other contributers say because he cannot think of anything on his own?

Now THAT is something to file under amusing.

Readers/visitors or commentators? Not sure how you know what the readership is, but our readership generally increases about 10-20% a month - some months even more.

Readership and the amount of comments posted often drop in the summer months, as people are enjoying some of the better things in life. However, 12,000 visitors viewed the site in July - down from our height of 20,000 visitors in one month just before the summer months.

Not bad for a bunch of guys who keep repeating themselves ;)

Hey Shannon - exercise reduces stress!

You will notice from my date and time stamp that I was not at work when I posted this, Aaron - unlike yourself. This is, of course, working under the assumption that you are employed.

Got something to say?
