Economist Michael New has studied the effect of various policies on abortion rates and concluded that nothing has reduced them more than cutoffs in public funding. We can therefore assume that an America with Giuliani’s favored policies would be a country with more abortionâ€â€probably reversing the 15-year trend of decline…
Freakeconomics postulates that 20 years after abortion was legal in the US, crime tanked. All the experts said it would spike. The only thing that had changed was the entry into teen and adult hood of fewer potential criminals…because they were aborted by families that in essence would have produced criminals by keeping the baby….Faith.
