Temporary foreign workers can have their stay extended to 24 months, up from 12 months, announced Human Resources and Social Development Minister Monte Solberg and Citizenship and Immigration Minister Diane Finley.
How generous so when are they going to be made permanent? When are the flood gates to be opened wide and everyone can come in?
Well, I prefer this to letting in someone’s grandma who is sick into the country. At least these guys are working, not sucking at the government teat.
