Liberal Plan for NEP 2

In follow up to some revealing interviews by Liberal Natural Resources critic Mark Holland, Lorne Gunter gives some background to Liberal Party attitudes toward Alberta when it gets “too big for its britches.” The first was the NEP and the second will be NEP 2, or “sustainable development”.     Mark Holland couldn’t answer honestly if he wanted to put the same stringent restrictions on Ontario’s industrial plants, as he wanted to on Alberta’s oil sands.

    This is purely a political game for that “Perry Mason on steroids.” :-)
