Global Warming Doomsday – 4.5 Billion Dead by 2012

January 9, 2007 · By

Initially I thought this was a joke – according to The Canadian, billions of people are going to die due to Global Warming,

Runaway Global Warming promises to literally burn-up agricultural areas into dust worldwide by 2012, causing global famine, anarchy, diseases, and war on a global scale as military powers including the U.S., Russia, and China, fight for control of the Earth’s remaining resources.

Over 4.5 billion people could die from Global Warming related causes by 2012, as planet Earth accelarates into a greed-driven horrific catastrophe. [via Dust my Broom]

Of course this is from the same publication that has an article on the following,

Mel Hurtig, the founder of the Council of Canadians, and also a variety of other reliable sources including veteran CNN anchor Lou Dobbs, now reveal that senior elected representatives and advisors to the Conservative Party, are currently planning a scheme that would hand over Canada to the Bush regime by 2007. The official name for this scheme, is called “North American Union”.

Ha, I agree – I wasn’t sure if this website was for real at first. Very reminiscent of “The Onion”, wouldn’t you say?

It reminds me more of the CBC, actually.

Anyone know where they get their funding from?

It would appear that the line between “progressive” and “insane” is rapidly fading.

There’s a line that’ll bring the coffee up your nose and onto your keyboard.
