Ted Morton Top Rated: Taxpayers Federation

The Canadian Taxpayers Federation has graded the leadership candidates for the Tory PC race.

Ted Morton gets top rates in almost every category, and highest score overall in the Alberta Tory leadership race. Jim Dinning and Ed Stelmach get a paltry D+, outdone by even Victor Doerksen.

  2. neoconservatism. I see two reasons to wish him well politically: number one, he is definitely no friend of Stephen Harper, and I would enjoy a bit of tension between Harper and the premier of his political stronghold. Reason number two, of course, is Ted Morton.
