Bob – I’m not a huge fan of his, but I do think Harper is a leader. True, they’ve fumbled on the enviroment portfolio, but let’s face it, Kyoto is a joke.
Maybe he just wanted to throw Rona to the tree-hugger wolves.

Something Dolton doesn’t seem to understand is leaders need to lead, not react.
Dolton is very adept at reacting to public op polls, back-tracking, and flip-flopping, and then banning something.
The continued voting in of Liberal governments only underscores the stupidity of the Ontario & Canadian electorate.

Dolton is simply admitting that Ontario is a failed state that doesn’t have the leadership to enforce the law, that’s all.

Dolton is appealing to a real leader to take over and deal with the issue – which must be hard to do for the premier of Canada’s largest province!

But it’s good that he is at least opening up about his massive failures, he’s becoming a true Liberal by accepting the fact that he’s a moron.
