The Hurt Feelings of Belinda Stronach

September 27, 2006 · By Aaron Unruh

Women first, children a distant second. Joan Tintor takes Belinda to task for her self-centered reaction to the coverage of the Domis’ divorce:

Stronach has decided that what is important in the Domi divorce is not the break-up of a marriage nor its three children, but that yet again she is the victim of a political culture that is biased against women in general and her in particular.

The interview includes this gem of a quote from Paris….er, Belinda:

“When I decided to enter public life, I didn’t realize how public it would be.”

Belinda is standing up for women’s rights to have an affair and not feel guilty about it…..is that it???

I remember when she crossed the floor , one Conservative female MP said, “It’s not all about Belinda”….meaning that Belinda really “did” think that the world revolved around her.

I think she loves the spotlight…..she loves being told that she’s beautiful, eye candy, etc…..although, personally I don’t think she’s much to look at.

As for her political career, well, when I saw her trying to read off of notes at the Conservative party leadership convention, I just shook my head.

This is one little girl out of familiar water.

She does not respect marriage, as is shown by not only her support of gay “marriage”, but also by her own 2 failed marriages. Then to top that off, an affair with a married man! Her values are liberal vaules, and they make me sick!!!

The funny thing about her is that she’s so uncultured and dense. Many powerful women have burned through marriages and taken numerous lovers, but broads like Katherine Hepburn or Princess Margaret had enough dignity to be discreet and became icons for their large personalities.

Large personality is not what comes to mind when I think of Belinda. She certainly has the money to mix with the fast set but she has no taste. Someone should tell her that hockey players are for screaming twenty year olds, not forty year old millionaires who want to have class.

Well she IS the only one that counts, right? The audacity of people to worry about a marriage and children when someone poo-pooed on poor Belinda.

    Gag.
