Ahmadinejad to UN: Prepare for the Savior

President Ahmadinejad concluded his speech to the UN by mentioning his expectation for the return of the 12th Imam:
I emphatically declare that today’s world, more than ever before, longs for just and righteous people with love for all humanity; and above all longs for the perfect righteous human being and the real savior who has been promised to all peoples and who will establish justice, peace and brotherhood on the planet.
Maybe he’ll find it behind Comet Tempel. Or maybe the Solar Temple cult found the 12th Imam first.
The King of Kings will return when the King of Kings and his Father in Heaven see fit. No man can force the hand of God.
The President of Iran, as he has expressed in many speeches, wants to force the hand of God; which Christians and Jews have tried before—some try still—and failed miserably at, but not without stark consequence.
His savior? I think we will soon be meeting his maker and that’s not who he thinks it is!
