Officials in Quebec City are hoping [Calgary, ] their oil-rich sister city will make a cash donation to planned 400th anniversary celebrations.
I wonder how many more sister cities will come out of the woodwork.

Quebec is less a “sibling” city to any legetimate Canadian urban center as it is a bastard child of rapcious unionist greed and waste.
My suggestion to those QCers who wish to party on Alberta’s dime is …get a real job and pay for your own libations ;-)
