Support Quebec Separation, Join the “Friends of the Bloc”

Friends, it’s time to start a new political party. It’s time to support Quebec separation by registering candidates in ridings throughout the rest of Canada for the new party, the Friends of the Bloc.
Our candidates wouldn’t even have to campaign. There’s really not much more to say after you’ve repeated slogan: “Support Quebec Separation, Vote for the Friends of the Bloc.”
Friends, let’s give the people a way to voice their disgust with the status quo. All you need to do is to get on the ballot as a Friend of the Bloc in the next federal election. Then just sit back and watch the votes come it.
Want to send the message to the crooks and bums in charge of the status quo? That’s all it’d take. If we can find two hundred people to put their names on the next ballot as Friends of the Bloc, we can send the Ottawa-centric crowd a message that will shake them to their core.
As for Quebecers, it would either push them over the edge or it would call their bluff. Either way, that’d be the end of the all the noise about national unity. Tell them to get in or get out, just close the damn door. That’s the message you can send them just by registering as a candidate for the Friends of the Bloc.
If you run for the Friends of the Bloc, it’s up to you whether you bother campaigning. A protest party can be silent on everything except its single message, and the message is in the name of the party. No need to say anything more.
But if you do decide speak out about Quebec as a candidate for the Friends of the Bloc, you can say whatever you want. If you flatter them, it will help make them leave. If you insult them, it will help make them leave. If you say anything or nothing, it all helps the cause.
All we really need to do is to get the party name on the ballot:
Support Quebec separation! Join the Friends of the Bloc!

What about the 51% of Quebecers that are federalist? Cannon fodder for your stupid political games?
Looks like we need a calculator. (I provide people with a spell check for comments on my blog. I’ll be thinking about adding a calculator). If the separatists won a referendum, it would have to be with more than a “clear majority,” and nobody knows what that is, but it could be as low as 60%. So, where does the 51% come from?
and how do we get the friends of the bloc on the ballot…
Sorry, TC, to be late in answering: The party would need to register with Elections Canada. The procedures and rules for doing so are on their website.

can we let them separate and then invade and annex? that would be great, then we could do away with the whole 2 official languages. forget french, really, how much $$ does it cost us to have 2 official languages? we could save millions just from the military, paying all those officers to learn french…
